  1. Customers couldn't pay. The M-Pesa Paybill is managed from the owner's phone only.
  2. The website and email would stop on 14/03/2027. The domain renews on a former developer's Gmail.
  3. KRA returns couldn't be filed. Nobody else has the iTax login.

Red: only one person can get in, and there's no written way back. Amber: a second way in exists but nobody has tested it. Green: two people can get in, and the way back is written down.
